From this point on, meetings between the coach and coachee are confidential. Each person has an important role to play:

The coach assists in facilitating positive change. Using tools such as the MBTI and the BarOn EQi, the coach raises self-awareness and helps the coachee work through the change process.

Through a guided coaching process the coachee identifies needed changes and practices these between sessions until they feel confident that the skills are integrated into their skill set.

The referring manager has an important role to play in watching for and noticing positive change, and providing feedback to the coachee.
